hey guys :) ive missed bloggin it seems like days. so happy to being writing what im feeling. Today started off a little but rough i slept in and missed my training with Dave, you all know that feeling when your heart sinks to your stomach. thats how i felt when i shot up out of bed, looked at my phone and it was 5:44am and i was supposed to be there at 5. I tried to make up for it and brought him the breakfast i promised him, i think i might have won him over a little, enough to get a hug and a chance to train shoulders with him tonight.

For some reason today im really hungry, anything sounds good. on these days is when i go and get a pack of gum and try and take my mind off things. could be hormonal too if you know what i mean , tmi. sorry.

i just wanted to clear up some things about my diet incase neone wasnt sure about the schedule. Mon through wed are low carb then high carb on thursday.....friday and sat low carb and high carb on sunday. Im hoping with my new diet and some higher cardio days more changes will happen quickly so i can see what im working with for this show. my leg days have also gotten split up quads and hammies will be trained on different days. With that said last night was killer!!! It only took 25 minutes to destroy my quads. i worked til failure, dave was right there cheering me on i couldnt have done it without him. We did a giant set three times through, here it is !!! Try it out!!!

each exercise was done for 20 25 reps, the last set of leg extensions was a drop set working from 50lbs to 30 to 10 rep range of 15.
